Came to eat on my Birthday the food was great 💯 service is good too everything 💯💯
My husband and I stopped by here today. I googled where to eat here because it seems to be a smaller city/ town with not many places. The menu had a good variety of caldo de res, caldo tlalpeno, chicken breast with many different sides to choose from, sea food, lettuce wraps and more. I think there is probably something for everyone to enjoy. I ordered the Italian Milanesa, which was breaded chicken breast with marinara sauce on top and mozzarella cheese, melted on top of that. The chicken breast was well cooked, but not dry, and it was crunchy on the outside for sides. I got the loaded baked potato, which came with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bits of bacon. The other side was green spaghetti with poblano pepper. They also included two pieces of toast with butter. My husband got the Mariscada that came with fish fillet, stuffed crab, shrimp, shrimp ceviche tostada, white rice with corn, and grilled veggies (carrots, green beans, cauliflower, and squash). I was SO surprised when the food came! The portions were huge! Soooo filling and the cook really knows what he/she is doing! Everything was well seasoned, perfectly cooked and had a great taste! I have no criticism about the food. It was perfect. The waitress was also very polite and attentive. It was a young lady with short red hair. I would absolutely stop by again here when I pass by the town again! The one negative I do have to mention is the restrooms. You have to step outside to get to them and it was not clean. There was also no hand soap. If they could put a little extra work into the bathroom issue, it would be a 10 out of 10. All in all, do recommend. You won’t be disappointed and no matter your appetite, one plate is enough. Maybe even 1 for a couple to share would work.
Mexican burger has lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, refried beans, cheese, bacon , avocado, mayo, mustar, ketchup, 1/4 beef on toasted buns for $10 😍🤤
This restaurant is the best. The food is good, the service is great, everything is just amazing. 😊
This place is dreary. We ordered the "special", Carne Guisada. I've never had DRY and hard Carne Guisada until that day. Service was abysmal. It was SO dark in the restaurant, I couldn't even see where I was going. Horrible experience.
Arrived for a late lunch with a coworker. Only one waitress assisting customers, cleaning tables and taking till. Took about 15-20 mins before we could make a drink order and have the menus. Waited another 15 mins before we got the food. Double burger with cheese patty was burnt on the edges but a bit raw in the middle. Plain beef milanesa seemed to have been doubly fried and had a darkish burnt oil color. Flavor of the meat was OK. Sides were decent. If service was improved with more waitresses and food from the kitchen had better quality assurance this location would be a good place to visit again. I hope they improve since the restaurant has a lot of potential.
Delicious food. I had the chipotle pasta. The best I've had in a very long time. My husband had the chicken alfredo and was also very satisfied with the flavor and serving of the food in general. Absolutely recommend. Pricing is reasonable. So worth the drive.
The place was clean. I had shrimp tostadas and it was fresh tasting shrimp in a great light ceviche sauce. Delicious. My hubby had the fried fish plate. Again, fresh tasting fish in a light cornmeal batter. Both our dishes were excellent. Just driving thru the area, so glad we got to try this place. It was the bomb!
